Moto 360 Question

I Bought a moto 360 First Gen Last Year At Best Buy with a 2 Year warranty but i broke a piece that holds the 12MM band now it keeps falling off and when i went there i asked if i can get a replacement But they only have the second gen in stock so they wont fix it or get me a new one What was the point of geting warranty??? Can i Get help on what to do ??

Warranty does apply for you breaking it

 

Only applies for falty items or items that die before warranty ends

Best buy is pretty good about their warranty, they will replace it even if you break it most times. 

 

To the OP, just take it to a different store.
