tv movie streaming

I'm trying to see if I can build a small, hopefully using a m-itx board, pc that will look like it belongs on my tv stand and let's my family watch movies on it. Maybe play some pretty low demanding games. I already picked out the storage, case (Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX Tower Case), and OS. I just need help with the CPU and Motherboard. I'm shooting for under $300 USD as a budget. It should be obvious but just in case, on-board graphics are fine since this won't need much GPU power.

6100 and cheap 1151 board could be fine, or maybe cheaper amd apu. You can prob get 750/750ti/950 later with 6100, if you want to play on it aswell
