Well if you're looking for the best out there, the MSI GT80 Titan reigns imo

Don't get a Razer Blade Stealth. Read up on how subpar the Stealth is. Then read up on how current eGPU tech is also not mature yet.

For 1200, you won't be able to get a 970m. You can get a 965m. If you stretch your budget more, you can get a 970m. Currently this is what I would recommend. http://www.sagernotebook.com/Notebook-NP7259.html
