100% cpu load

I have a question, while playing CS:GO i had task manager opened. I tabbed out and i saw that my cpu was at 100% while playing! How come? I mean i am using a really old Geforce GTS 450, that thing should be bottlenecking the hell out of an i5-3550, my cpu! Someone please explain what's happening here! No apps running in background!

It's a i5, it gets bottlenecked in CPU intensive games. What were your fps?

There is no problem i am just wondering how so? about 200 something.

It's a i5, I had a 4690k and it hit 100% all the time. People have a misconception as to what a i5 is. They're good CPUs but way over hyped.

Solid cpu but not much of a wonder that it's at 100% it's good as long as you can game in peace don't worry about it too much
