Bios update for asus motherboards.

So i need to install windows 10 on a hard drive , but apparently they said that i need to update my bios in order to format the hard drive and install windows 10 on it . i also cannot find where to download the latest bios download . err my mobo is a asus p8h67-m . thanks for viewing and for your help :)

Idk why it would need a update to install windows but the newest bios is here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H67M/HelpDesk_Download/
