Hi guys,

 

I recently bought the DELL XPS 15 9550 with 1080p Infinity Edge display for £1400.00 here in the UK.

 

Upon opening everything was great until I started up chrome and noticed a few dead pixels at the top left of the screen.

 

I called DELL and they have offered me a replacement screen or I could return the laptop completely.

 

Wondering if anyone has had the experience of a DELL engineer visit here, or if I should just return the item as it's still in the 14 day return period?

Bring it to Dell, I don't live in the UK, but I have friends whom do, and they have had no problems
