Afternoon folks,

I've recently had an excellent experience with Cablemod customer support and I thought I'd share it with you.

A few weeks ago my PSUs 24pin ATX Cable pretty much melted. I had installed Cablemod cables just a few days before and I found that the cable and the port were melted together. Eventually I decided to reach out to Cablemod themselves instead of contacting my retailer or Corsair. They have reimbursed me for my broken PSU (full asking price, considering it was purchased over a year ago) and are sending me new cables for the replacement PSU I bought.

The process was easy, a few emails back and forth with a wonderful person named Thomas.

I'm from the UK and to be honest, the service provided at Cablemod puts anything I have experienced before to shame. I can pretty much guarantee any future builds I do will be powered by Cablemod.

Much on this, but your main post is still all black. You will likely need to edit it.

I talked to a guy named Thomas aswell. After a few emails he sorted me out with custom length cables for my desk build. Such a nice guy. I'm surprised they replaced your psu. They have come a long way since last year that's for sure.

The problem I had was that my 10 year Corsair warranty was voided by using Cablemod Cables (anything other than official Corsair)
