Bootable Installer - Storage Type

I think so - all you usually need to do is select a target drive to make into a bootable drive, so if it shows up under "This PC" or "My Computer", then it should work.

In theory, you could do that. If you can boot off of a storage medium and it has enough space to store the Windows installer, you should be able to use for an installation. However, I recommend just sticking with USBs if you can.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
