Hello everyone,
I plan to soon build a new PC, nothing spectacular but i invest 900 euros in it and that is a solid amount of money in my place ( Macedonia ).
The main purpose of this PC will be for gaming.
Here is the part list.
CASE: Deepcool Kendomen TI                                                                     46.91
MOBO: MB Gigabyte Z170-D3H LGA1151 DDR4                                        134.08
CPU : CPU Core i5-6500 Quad 3.2GHz LGA 1151 6MB                              197.69
GPU : ASUS STRIX-R9390-DC3OC-8GD5-GAMING                                   340.85
RAM : 8GB DDR4 2133MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL14                  32.38
PSU : Corsair Builder Series CX650M                                                          97.38
HDD : 1TB Western Digital SATA3 64MB Caviar Blue 7200rpm                   49.18

                                                                                          Total Price:          898.47

Maybe i will have to downgrade on the GPU and get a Radeon 380x, but that would be the worstcase scenerio if something unexpected happens.

I would like to know what you guys think of this specs.
Thank you for taking the time

P.S. I know the PSU is not the best, but i cant get EVGA, Seasonic in my country.

you are getting a CPU which you cannot overclock, so it would be pointless to also get an expensive Z170 mobo for it. just a B150 mobo would be fine, and it should be cheaper!

1 you have a non overclockable CPU and a z170 chipset. go for h170/b150/h110 if you dont overclock and choose a k series cpu if you do (along with a cpu cooler).

2 340 dollar for a r9 390 is bad deal. you should be able to get a rx480/gtx1060 with tat money.

3 a ssd is good idea if it fits your budget.

ah, then it makes sense :P

are AMD's RX480 cards available in your country? because those would be a good alternative to the 390.

welp, then i guess this is a pretty good build. only thing would be to add an SSD. you said you might want a 250gig SSD and upgrade later with a HDD. that might be a problem, as 250GB really isn' that much, with games like GTA V taking up 60GB already!

well i'd say depends on what games you play and at what resolution. r9 380x is a gd 1080p card. the games you play also affect which harddrive to use. if your 250GB ssd is enough then ya why not go for it first. you get to enjoy fast speed now and when you do get a hdd you dont need to reinstall os.

btw, the psu is not necessarily bad if its a grey sticker one instead of green. other wise, you got to replace psu as well when you go for a i7 and overclock it.

Yes it's not much but i would get the HDD after a month or two after i get this one. I wouldn't have to stay very long with just 250 gb. :)

If you switch the motherboard to a H170 er B150 you'll have budget space for an SSD

Look for a 240GB PNY CS1311, ADATA SP550, OCZ Trion 150, Mushkin Reactor / Triactor, Sandisk Ultra II

i would really like to keep the z170 so i wouldn't have to invest too much money in the future. As for the SSD's i can only get Kingston, Samsuns Evo, Platinet and Transcend.

ok thank you very much for the help. I only have more question, do you think the PSU will be good enough if i overclock just the GPU?

The CX650M is good enough for 2 390s and a OC CPU :)

You're good. Although 2 390s is pushing it, don't do 2 390s.

But CPU and 1 GPU OC will be alright?

Yes. You'll be pulling some 400W all in all
