Good Thunderbolt dock

Hi,

Trying to clean up my dad's desk setup with a MacBook Pro and external monitor. His desk is very open so I'm trying my best to drill holes/conceal cables and have everything plug into a single Thunderbolt dock.  He has 3 external drives, a USB headphone device, and a USB cord going to his monitor which has a USB hub of its own (totaling 5 USB devices). Additionally we're going to plug a male-to-female 3.5mm extention to mount beneath his desk so he can plug another audio device. Finally his external monitor is Thunderbolt so we need another Thunerbolt port for that (HDMI works too).

 

So far this OWC hub looks really nice, but it has really sketchy reviews. I can't seem to find anything else with the right kind of I/O. Any ideas?
