Surface Book vs Surface Pro 4

I'm a high school student, and I need some recommendations. I like the kickstand and easy portability of the surface pro 4 but I like the battery life of the surface book. I'm also concerned about stability issues of the surface book as I still hear issues of it. Can people please give me their opinions?

I would go for the Surface Book because it truly gives you the best of both a tablet and laptop experience. As far the stability issues are concerned I haven't heard anything about them.

We had 3-4 Surface pros in the company for management - all were replaced by surface books by now.

With current updates we have absolutely NO stability issues with the surface book - also some other minor issues reg. resolution on external screens etc just works a bit better with the books.

Also, the little extra oomph of the nvidia graphics might be for you if you decide on gaming if you got the odd hour off (not that the 940m is anything magical...)
