MSY is the bomb ( pay cash tho to avoid their cc surcharges) closed loop water coolers are numerous in number any 1150 socket will fit your skylake's 1151 .

 

but on the matter of OCing if you're not going to downgrade to a h170 and spend more on your ram as it'll help more with the video editing (especially if you're doing stuff in larger than HD resolutions)

 

also so for rendering you may want to consider an i7 as it would cut down times.
