Of the two that you mentioned, I think that the RX 480 clearly takes the cake, but if you want a serious answer, I think you're better off going the Strix route because of the higher clock speeds.

Whichever one you think looks best because that's the only major difference between the two.

Any difference in clock or memory speeds will only give an extremely small difference in performance and (unless you are unbelievably unlucky) can be offset with a very minor tweak using your overclocking software of choice.
