Streamer/youtuber PC

Hi everyone!

 Im new here but I have been following the channel for a while. I am planing on building a PC for streaming and making youtube videos. I know what I need for gameing but I am new to the streamer/youtuber side of things. I know I need a better CPU but thats about it. Since I will just start with all this streaming ect I dont want to go overboard and spend too much. If it is taken well I will upgrade for a 4k build in a year or so. 

I have around 500-750€ for the build and an old PC for parts. 
Old PC: 
CPU: Core 2 Duo @2,8Ghz
VGA: GTX 275 ( died on me a month ago... RIP ) 
PSU: CHIEFTEC GPS550AB
Gigabite MOBO ,4Gb of ram, SSD, HDD and a cheap case. 
Now I was thinking of scrapping everything except the PSU and the case and buying a new MOBO, CPU, GPU and memory. I dont want anything fancy the most important thing is performance/price. Also, an external audio card and so decent mic + headphones would be nice. ( I dont want a headset ) 

I was thinking of getting a GTX1060 but for CPU I have no idea what to get. Any help is wellcome!

definitely need a better cpu than a core 2 duo, for video eiting an i7 would be best, but you could probably get by with an i5, assuming you're not rendering in 4k or anything.
