Imagine that I have 2 case fans ( both 2000 RPM ) one in the front and one in the back , one is hooked up to the second cup fan header and the other to the first case fan header , which fan is going to spin faster und full load? The one that's hooked up to the additional cup fan header or the one hooked up to the case fan header ?

Shouldn't they spin at the exact same speed?

Probably the one on the cpu fan header as it will crank up as you cpu is under load and that will get to the highest temp most likely.

It depends on the motherboard and settings.

So one is using CPU_OPT and another CHA_FAN1? In that case one on chassis header will be 100% all the time by default. Unless your mobo has pre-settings for all headers. One on CPU_OPT will by default follow 1st CPU header and run according to CPU temps.
