It stays my ethernetnet was not working properly in the troubleshoot but when I go to the device management it says it's working fine but it does show this, please help. LEGOOOOO

I think the problem with your ethernetnet is the drivers. I helped, LEGOOOOO

I downloaded the disc drivers but since I can't connect connect to the Internet should I copy the latest drivers to a usb and download?

You can use drivers on driver disc and download newer versions after connection is established. I doubt there's any significant fixes in newers versions though.
