So I want to use the same hard drive from my old computer in my new one

When I start up the new PC with the drive it won't load

It will take me to windows repair

I have a new key

This is normal. The OS on your hard drive still has the old drivers, etc, which don't work on your new system. You should be able to reinstall Windows without it changing anything. Just choose to "keep the current system" without re-formatting when you install.

Also, if I recall, the option to "Repair issues that keep Windows from starting" (or words to that effect) may work.

If you don't have a physical copy of Windows 7 Pro, just borrow one until you're re-installed (using your key, of course). Or you can download the ISO from somewhere and burn a copy to a DVD or make a bootable USB stick. (This is "legal" as long as you use your own "Key" during the install.)

You could also use this opportunity to get Windows 10, by downloading a Windows 10 ISO and using your Win7 key.

I have looked almost every where for one and couldn't find it
