Thought about the rog swift 4k or if theres something better in the same price or less

also the store (the one i buy from ) suggest the s230 nzxt case but i dunno if it good with the gpu and the system.

The monitor is not 4K. But that doesn't matter since a GTX 1080 can't run 4K at a constant 60FPS without lowering some settings anyway. That monitor is fine.
