Samsung data migration tool

Hi im planning on buying this laptop: http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-15-7559-laptop/pd?oc=dncwpw5716h&model_id=inspiron-15-7559-laptop then saving up for some components to upgrade the system.

Since i'm going to be using the laptop before i can afford and obtain these upgrades i know i will have some games and files that i do not want transferred over to the SSD using Samsung data migration tool, so i was wondering if there was a way to only transfer system files.
