Need a original graphic!

Hows it going, I have a huge request that I need to ask from someone. I've been wanting to make my father a logo for his handymen service. I found an image online that I love! But, I'm pretty sure we all know I couldn't use it due to trade marking. I want something very similar to this image. I was hoping someone could help me out. I don't really have anything to offer.
