Hi

I recently bought an Audio Technica 2035 and a Behringer Xenyx Q802USB.

The situation I'm having is that, I want my PC audio going through the Mixer and outputting through my Desktop Speakers, While having my Headphones connected to the mixer for other audio sources such as, TeamSpeak and Skype, etc.

I'm having trouble with all these cables on which to connect my pc and speakers to my mixer. I know it sounds confusing. I'm lost myself. I just need direction.

Thank you

As far as I understand what you're aiming for, the mixer you have will not meet your needs. The USB connection on the Q802 only supports one stereo feed from the PC, so you cannot have different content between your speakers and headphones.

If you want your speakers and headphones to have the same things playing in them, then you only need to connect the mic to a channel on the mixer with an XLR cable, making sure to turn the phantom power switch on. This is necessary as condenser microphones (like the AT2035) need to have power applied to them to get a usable signal.

Then connect the mixer to your PC over USB, and your speakers to the "Main Out". Next plug your headphones into the phones jack.

Once you set your PC to output to the mixer, the "TO PHONES/ CTRL ROOM" and "TO MAIN MIX" buttons will toggle your PC to output to your headphones and speakers, respectively.

EDIT: I just realized that the phantom power button isn't labeled, it's the red button above the main meters with a line connecting it to the "+48V" (phantom power is 48 volts) LED.
