ssd & hdd, delete raid 1 help

I built a computer, and I messed up. When I built this computer I put in a Samsung 250gb ssd and a 2tb wd hdd. I just wanted to make the ssd my boot drive and store everything else on the hdd. But when I was in the bios I put the drives in raid 1. I want to reverse this but since I have the drives in raid 1 I really don't know what to do, or if I attempt to do anything, I don't know what will happen. Can someone please help with this?
