Upgrading CPU & MOBO

Hello!

So I've bought a pre-made PC and I'm upgrading the PSU and GPU this week, and I know I should probably upgrade the CPU too, if not even the MoBo.

So I'm kindly asking this community, if anyone could tell me what suits my system and necessities best.

I'm not thinking of having anything too powerful. Just enough to play games like GTA 4 and 5 or Battlefield 3 & Sims 3 in a normal Full HD 1920x1080 resolution, 1 monitor, with high to ultra settings at not so high FPS but enough for the game to be played without stutters (so basically 30+). If everything is fine for the moment and I'll be able to normally play these games for quite some time, then I'll take in consideration upgrading after a while, I'd just like to be sure there won't be any interferences between compatibility and such since I'm a newbie with these things.

My old "gpu" was integrated and was AMD Radeon HD 7660D, and old PSU was LC-Power LC420H-12

It's fine, I guess. But I'd look for a used Gtx 950 or 960 rather than getting a 750ti, if you can afford it. You'll be a lacking bit on graphics horsepower, you should invest a bit more into it.

looks fine but you can potentially save some money and go with the evga 500watt 80+bronze psu

and put the extra money towards a 950 or 960

I think my max budget could still afford the 950 but I didn't even take it in consideration, I thought it would be a waste for my current setup. Alrighty then I guess I'll go for the 950.

 

I'm sorry for the language, I hope the numbers will be enough to understand what it's saying a part from the pictures but which one of these should I get? Or it doesn't matter?

Herro, I ordered the Gigabyte, although on the official website of my MoBo doesn't say anywhere that it is compatible. If anything goes wrong, I'll order the 750Ti instead...
