Hey guys,

I just bought Overwatch 3 days ago with a friend just wanted to express how deeply amazing the game is because since I was 12 years old [half of my age] I tried playing Counter Strike I forgot what version it is and for just about 3 to 5 mins of playing it! I started to vomit each and every time I play fps games around the same time same thing that happens to me first I thought maybe its just CS so I tried other games like TF2, Modern Warfare etc. like A lot of them most of the FPS game even freaking Oblivion and Skyrim ugh! since then I started hating that genre because I cant freaking play any of them! but then the hype of this game called Overwatch is reached to me and I had some extra bucks to spare to buy this game so I said to myself and to my friend "FUCK IT!" lets do this, since I installed the game I was kinda nervious while playing the game I was just waiting for the "sick" feeling and for 8 hours straight I noticed I didn't feel any nausea or dizziness I was shocked I continued playing the next day and while at it I tried playing skyrim but after playing skyrim for about 10 mins in fps I got dizzy and I realized that maybe Blizzard thought about people like me playing the game how thoughtful they are to consider us a target market for that I applaud Blizzard and Overwartch! a great game from great developers

Just wanted to share something in this forum.

Mad Nox. :P

Power and the money, money and the power, minute after minute, hour after hour

to be honest I kinda thought about it. but TF2 is kinda vibrant i'll later when I get home after work to check if I still get nausea.

I also watched some video by totalbiscuit about Field View something I just forgot what video it is.

I think the nausea has more to do with the field of view slider than than the games themselves. It's a type of motion sickness. Fortunately it's not present in modern games with adjustable settings though.

Is it that your parents tell you how you can spend your money or that you rely on them to give you everything still because you think you're unable to do anything on your own?

I doubt it's intentional, but I suppose it's good you can play it.

There are a few games that I feel sick playing, as well. Pretty much anything with excessive levels of detail.

In example, some of the Crysis games, and even Farcry 3 & 4 at times.

I like the detail, but it's like my eyes don't know what to focus on. Some games make me extremely nauseous, and other games make my eyes bug out and twitch. The latter sucks in fast paced racing games. One thing you know, you're on a straight flooring it. The next, you're in a wall. The interesting this is that I can watch these games being played without issue. It's only when I myself play them.

It's not really all games with high levels of detail though, only some. I'm not sure what draws the line between enjoyability, and nearly vomiting.

I think it may have more to do with the field of view setting which is how much of the game is displayed on the monitor. I hear that sometimes when it's low people can feel sick.Try playing around with it in those other games to see if it make any difference.
