They're all pretty much the same, so go with whichever will suit the aesthetics of your build. The other option is to wait for a Hawaii card in the same budget.

Get the msi or the gigabyte. Much better coolers but its probably better to wait for 9xxx series.

generic = fake? explain? also its cheaper not more expensive....

Get whatever is cheaper from gigabyte or msi. That tiny overclock that gigabyte puts on it is pretty much going to happen on most 7970s.

its same overclock at same voltage, automatic OC, the cost is computer and a guy that puts gpu in pcie slot and let computed do everything. then self automated check if it works, and thats about it. 

its cheaper? well thats good then :P

OC variants have sometimes some special features, so they are more expensive, but if they dont, OC is not worth buying if overclock yourself.

ok and is every 8pin pci power connector 150W? im running a Antec HCG620M

Get this instead ASUS DirectCU II HD7970-DC2-3GD5 of any of those.

The first GPU is not clocked as high as the second. Though factory overclocking really doesn't give you much of a performance boost. I almost always recommend overclocking the GPU yourself, otherwise you are throwing away free performance.

I would wait and get the 280X instead because I think its around $300. But if I had to choose, I would choose the Twin Frozr 3 one because it has a great cooler.
