So yeah, basically yesterday or the day before I by accident deleted one 5gb size with all my 3 years work. Its really important to me and my career. I tried to use Recuva and some other recovery programs but none of those restored my file. Is there any chance to getting that file back or no?

Did you do a deep size? if you did chances are it's already been written over.

Did you check the recycling bin? Do you have file history enabled? Did you luckily have installed an update and windows created a prior to accident restoration file?

so i can understand theres no chance to get them back? maybe there is some services who can do that for money?

Yeah but you'd have to unplug the drive RIGHT NOW. And contact some company who may charge you anywhere from 120 to 500 dollars. They might not even be able to if something was written over the sector. If it was an SSD with wear leveling, good chance it's intact if you don't trim it

Blue screens eh? Did you try setting it to Wumbo?

If the file was that important, you should have it backed up, and protected from accidental deletion.
