Need help choosing gpu...

I have a i5 650... Its 3.10 ghz and i want an msi r7 370 4 gb but i dont know if my cpu would bottleneck the gpu... If it would, what are some other decent gpus that wouldn't get overclocked by my cpu and are in the price range of 150-200 euros (btw the gpu i want costs only 173 euros in my country

You could probably find a rx 480 for under 200 euros if you look at the 4 gigabyte version.
