wierd internet isuess

ok so when i start my computer and start using the internet the speed of my internet is good but when 1 hour later my internet is so slow like you can not use it no i think this is because my windows 7 cause when i boot from usb Ubuntu the internet is good and it stays good

i try to close all programs that use internet and nothing happen i bought advance system care and nothing happen i scanned my system for any viruses but there is nothing i'm using Bitdefender Total Security 2013 i try to reinstall windows 7 but nothing HELP ME. HEEEEELP

Are the Lan drivers up to date ? If that is no the problem then check your modem!

If you go to speedtest.net and test it, is the diagram really choppy and stuff? I had that problem when I used Bitdefender, then I switched to Avast and now it's all good.

ok what do you think about avg cause i try avast and it sucks that was in the past but i don't know for now

Then you have the same problem as me with Bitdefender, which is a shame because it's a really good anti virus, just bad for your internet connection. Anyway, I've used avast past 4-5 months now and I haven't had any problems with it so far, free and sees dodgy sites etc. AVG in my experience gave a lot of false positives which annoyed the hell out of me. I hear Kaspersky is pretty good as well.

Remove Bitdefender first and try speedtest again, if it's still choppy then it might be something else than the antivirus, but I'm pretty sure it is Bitdefender causing the problem.
