I plan to get a rx 480 around Aug 20. Do you guys think I can get it for 239(8gb). I live in the us and now all the seller are out of stock

no. probably for like 280 dollar or more.

If you want reference design, yes you can. However, I would recommend getting an aftermaket variant for a little more.

Unfortunately, you're pretty much stuck waiting if you want to get it at that price. I'd keep checking places like Newegg, though you'll have to be fast if one does get in stock. You're probably won't find an aftermarket version at that low of a price, either.

I just hate that the MRSP is so low and you can not buy it for that price. They can just say the MRSP is 10 dollar and you go to the store it is 500$

I am pretty sure the prices are going to be MSRP for the 480 by August. A lot of people got the 480, so there needs to be more produced atm. It should be the same for the 1060 too.

Unfortunately, this was the case with the other Pascal cards. Many of the cards that are priced near MSRP get bought out very quickly, leaving the really expensive cards (e.g. ones with water blocks).
