What GPU, ... you cant just say "GPU" that doenst really help, and also which model i3 while we are at it

you should know the wishes and needs of a gamer if you want to do this as a business

the fact that you have to ask about "good" games that might be addictive to someone and not knowing any by yourself should let you rethink your idea

do some research

 

and consider a good security solution, device control etc so noone can plug&play dangerous flash drives to your hardware

 

@ShadowCaptain is right, without specific information its hard to tell you anything

 

try to offer games from the genre "MOBA" ( LoL, Paragon,...) or strategy ( starcraft, command & conquer etc ) maybe minecraft

 

the idea of a easy food supply while your customer stay for a while could be an opportunity too
