While the 1070 should be fine on water, the 5930k maybe not as much. You could try a thick rad or push/pull though and if you're overclock (particularly voltage) is not too aggressive it would work.

 

Define Nano or an Evolv itx should be ideal for this.

I really want to do a smaller itx case than those. Does the 5930k really get that hot?
