How to I block acess to my gmail and google services on a stolen phone?

So I lost my phone and now I want to block it from acessing my gmail accounts and my other google stuff however I can't seem to find out how to do that. I saw that you can do it through the administration console but I can't acess it because I'm not an admin since this is a private account.

 

Help me please

You could change the password on it, you can also revoke application access https://myaccount.google.com/security?pli=1#connectedapps

Assuming it's not already wiped, you should be able to wipe it remotely there.
