Speakers not working

So i just reset my HP Spectre , and after resetting it , the speakers stopped working . it says that it has troubleshooted the problem and i need to restart , but after the restart nothing happens . so im wondering if anyone has had this happen before and knows how to fox it

I haven't got this problem before, and I'm not a computer expert (yet) but I think you can upgrade your sound "drivers"? Try looking it up.

go to the drivers page and download all of them
