Upgrading, need advice

if you can spare another 30-40$ you should get 16gb of ram its not needed or anything but for some uses its pretty good to have

I was considering this heavily, yes.

I wouldn't go with an i7, unless you are editing, and 6600k is more than enough, then spend more on a GPU 16GB ram is nice to have, a few games are now recommending it

If you're willing to go for air coolers, why yes.

Yes you can if you want. Something like an Alpenfohn Matterhorn Pure edition would do fine.

Also I think it works out slightly cheaper if you buy the i5 6600K and the Gigabyte K3 as a bundle.

And for the Ram I would go with 2 x 8GB rather than 4 x 4GB. It works out cheaper as well.

Around 1.1k

At the moment it's around 1k + CPU cooler price

Would the Cooler Master be a good option?

Yeah the Coolermaster Evo would be fine also.
