Hi. I'm getting more and more into CS:GO competitively as of late and want to do a bit more than just solo queue and lobby up with friends with no real strat. I want build a little team who I can play with and hopefully win more xD

I generally don't play matchmaking unless I have a friend who specifically wants to play there. I use faceit for the, in my opinion, better system and 128tick servers. I'm silver 3 on my MM and rank 6 on faceit.

I would want to just play some games with anyone who wants to be in a team and just get to know each other. Then starting working on basic strats for certain maps and building our playable map pool up. If you want to make a team please be willing to do a bit of boring stuff like practicing smokes and flashes and drilling strats. Also try be available on weekends for some practice and maybe a game or two. I would please ask you to be sensible and mature. We all know the people in MM who are toxic or silly and nobody likes that, especially not in a team. For this reason I would like slightly older people. Probably between 14-18 however if you reckon you're mature and under that age then send me a message. Also, this should go without saying, be invested in the game. Try to regularly practice your basic skills like aim, recoil and grenades. Watch pro matches if possible. I would prefer that you be silver elite master or above if you play MM or rank 4 or above if you play faceit. I'm not sure about the ESEA rankings. Probably don't be higher than the MG ranks or you might be frustrated with out ability.

At at first just winning faceit matches would be good but eventually doing some online tournaments would be awesome. I would prefer if you lived in Perth Australia but if you live somewhere else in oz it should be fine. It would just negate any chance to do any LANs.

As a final note, make sure you at least have semi decent gear. It's not a big deal but have a mic that sounds decent.

If if you are interested send me a DM on the forum and we can chat a little :)

Regardless I you are interested or not, name idea would be nice haha xD

As much as I hate csgo, you should post this on steam community instead

lol probably not man, take the time to rank up to 2 by playing deathmatches and then start playing competetives, only play dust 2 to start, and learn the callouts and stuff, it also helps to wathch esl games and stuff

Hey man! Thanks for the advice! When you start, you get all the guns right?

Yep. There is nothing to 'unlock' in the game. I recommend playing a lot of death match. Play on free for all 128tick community servers. Also play arms race, as it will get you familiar with all the guns, community server retake games, to get a sense of how to play a cpbombsite and recoil maps to nail the basics of using a gun in CS. Really utilise the steam workshop to download maps that teach you things like aim, recoil and grenades. Also watch all the pro games you can. Although dust 2 is the easiest map to learn to play competitively, I would not isolate yourself and only play that map. Get to know others in the active map pool as well as other favourites such as inferno.
