Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 not working on Laptop

HI everyone would really like some help with a wifi card. So I decided to update my POS laptop. Was going to buy a new one, but decided to just upgrade some stuff on this one so I could put more into the computer I am planning to build. I have a Emachines E443-BZ602(EME443 is another way Ive found it online) Laptop I know its not the greatest, but I bought it when I didnt know too much about tech. I upgraded to a 500gb samsun evo ssd, crucial 8gb ram, and a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 wireless card. After install everything works great with the exception of the wifi. The bluetooth works fine(a feature which my computer didnt have before), but the wifi doesnt work. It doesnt even show any possible networks I can connect to. I have tried manually downloading the drivers as well as using the device manager, but everything seems to be up to date. I would like to mention that when a manually installed the drivers and had to restart my computer and my screen stayed black even tho i could hear the fans(An issue i would also like help with at a future time). But after a few tries of reinstalling the drivers and restarting my laptop finally did restart, but still no wifi. At this point I dont know what to do. I also noticed that my laptop only has one antenna, and the card has for two, but so did my previous wifi card and that card never had an issues.

It could very well be only having one antenna. I have a 7260, and while I've never run it without both, I can imagine it might be the issue, as Bluetooth and Wifi over one antenna just seems like a red flag idea to me.
