The 700 or 900 gtx series aren't good investments though. You can use the amd ones in future games thanks to their DX12 support. he 250x should be fine and you can always win something better in a contest. ^^

Hi

So, i had a XFX R7 250 that doesn't seem to work anymore (no display, gpu fan 100%), now im surviving with a HD 5450, but I want to play again.

My budget is very limited but I play in 720p res, so my question is

If I buy a R7 250x 2gb gddr5, will I notice any upgrade? Because thats the best I can afford at the moment, my PC is a C2Q Q6600, 4gb of ddr2 800mhz ram and a r7 250x hopefully

I play mostly RPGs like Skyrim, Dark Souls 3 and Fallout 4 medium settings, my expectations are 30 fps without dips

Will this gpu be enough?

Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
