Stenciling a Case

glengraegill

Hey Guys!

I plan on spray painting a stencil onto the black side of the Nanoxia Green Claw case, and I was just wondering if there are any tips you gurus have got.

I plan on simply taping (tightly) a paper sheet onto the side of the case then just white primer followed by a neon green overcoat.

Thanks!

A piece of paper will soak up the paint and go soggy. Try another material.

I believe there is some special stencil paper or plastic for stuff like that. Perhaps an arts and crafts store would have a solution.

As mentioned getting a stick on stencil material or contact paper, which is a vinyl type of film works really well for this. It will also ensure nice crisp lines since the stencil is in direct contact with the surface.
