This is the board:

Details: I helped my friend put together a computer today, after double checking everything was plugged in, reseating and trying different slots for RAM, unplugging the GPU and trying from integrated graphics, I looked up the error code. I didn't try clearing CMOS, but it seems to be a common issue with the board based on reviews. Has anyone else experienced this issue and was able to resolve it without having to RMA for a replacement board? That seems to be what most have done.

Thanks!
