Northbridge cooling?

Do you guys think I need a fan over my north bridge? I do some pretty hard overclocks (4.5+ Ghz (3.5 stock)). I know I need it for my VRM's

if nortbridge is not hot enough to harm if you touch it, it will just fine. but if you want to, just add in a thermal pad that quite sticky for a small heatsink.

Well it already has thermal paste on it and the heatsink that came with the board (MSI 970 GAMING)

Yeah. Look up the MSI 970 GAMING Motherboard

hsf = heat sink and fan. As long as you have decent case airflow so the heat sink on it gets some air flow over it, you're fine.
