Can anyone recognize this GPU?

I was scavenging a relatively old rig that My sister gave me when she moved to England for studies. This was over three years ago, I think.

I think it is a Radeon card as I found a folder with that name in the HDD, (plus some random numbers and symbols) but I'm not sure.
