i already have the 1070 and an 1TB HDD im planning on using so, what do yall think, any bottlenecks? overkills? compatability issues?

Get a Z170 (atx) board for overclocking with that 6600k please.

i already have the 1070 and an 1TB HDD im planning on using, also the motherboard ive been looking is the DDR4 version (http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5590#ov) and also the memory will be DDR4 ofcourse. so, what do yall think, any bottlenecks? overkills? compatability issues?

WHy get a 6600k with a 150 chiupset mobo?

That'd be fine.

I'd get an i7/xeon instead, an i5 will bottleneck the gtx 1070.
