Looking for a new wifi router for under $60

802.11a/c or higher plz

My internet speed is 25mb

I don't think that you need an AC router for 25mb. Assuming its megabits, not megabytes.

I would say go for a dual band N router instead of a cheap AC router. An extreme DLINK router has served me well from 2009-2015. (Dual band N)

I had 30mb and on my iPad Air and Nexus 5, I recieved the full bandwith of 30mb via dual band N

 

I don't know any good routers, being the only person on the planet that is bias towards Dlink and uses the ISP's provided router.
