I was talk about the interna usb3.0 port it say 2 on the motherboard the case  say 1

You'll be fine. The hub from the case powers all of your USB ports. Don't buy any extra cables.

I know how to decide how may sata port base on how may drive I was ask how to decide how may drive to have room to add so I do not spend mony on sata port   that I do not need I will have to start a 250 ssd and 500 gb hard drive.
