Looking for a good pair

Knight

So I've been using my Beats Solo HD2 (don't crucify me, I know audiophiles hate them). I'm looking for a good pair in the $70 max range, and it's gotta have a good mic. I mostly play bass-y music and CSGO, is there anything that fits those needs? Thanks.

Hyperx Cloud 2.

+ They have good sound and you can hear enemies perfectly in csgo. They come with a detachable microphone that is actually pretty good. They come in a good protective box and also have 2 different ear cups. 1: soft earpads 2: leather earpads that are very comfortable.

- Above the price you asked for and not a lot of bass.

Actually looking at the review for it right now.

@Knight just another thing that I wanted to point out that the headset is very strong and the leather ear pads isolate most of the sound and it will be hard to hear you self talk in the beginning.  You will get used to it after a while.

Mics on gaming headphones are usually quite bad.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

It's bad in comparison to a good microphone for about 40>

It's not that bad in comparison to other headsets. The microphone is detachable anyway's. But I agree
