Hey guys, there is a serious issue happened to my laptop.

Every time I would like to use Adobe Media Encoder to transcode a video file to another, the CPU usage will got to 100% at all time, and even worth is that it automatically shut itself down almost immediately after I started the process...

I'm pretty sure that there is no thermal issue happened to my laptop, and I just cleaned the dust and reapply thermal compound a week ago.

Anyone could help me out plz? Thanks so much!

BTW, my laptop was using i7-4700MQ, 16G of ram and GTX780M graphic card.

The weird thing about it is that there is no issue at all when gaming or doing some cpu benchmarks, but when encoding video or doing cinebench this issue appears...

Sounds just like CPU Overload / Overvolting, which is an immediate cause for shutdown to protect the CPU from destroying itself
