Pc restart?

I recently finished my PC build, and it turned out great. But I have had a problem where if I leave a webpage open for a while, it will restart instead of going to sleep. And the weird thing is, I am getting the motherboard bios, but not the GPU bios. I am using windows ten, is this a new setting or something? This is a problem I don't ever recall having until today. Thanks in advance.

ERROR: VAR_TRAINOFTHOUGHT RETURN CHAR(MISSING)

RESTART  BRAINTHOUGHTS_MAJORGOOB.EXE?

Sounds like a defective board or PSU or a software issue

It doesnt happen with anything else. I left TF2 open by accident for almost 2 hours and it was fine. He monitor went to sleep and did its job, but it happens when I have a specific number of webpages open. A scheduling program, and google music. It could actually be google music now that I think about it. The in browser player is a piece of crap....

Run Memtest86+

Set-up memtest on a USB drive and let it do at least 1 pass on ALL the RAM

I closed out google play while I read a speech in a text book and it seems fine now. The monitor went to sleep before the computer did, which is how I have it set up. If it happens again I will run memtest, but I would rather not deal with that at the moment. Thanks for all the help!
