Need help choosing

I currently have some AKG K7XX and need a amp to power them and im stuck on these two. (please provide a argument to your choice not just "get this one") thanks guys

The on board solution dose not bring the headphones up to comfortable listing levels the headphones are way too low in volume.

I'd get the SMSL. If nothing else, the optical connection will pretty much eliminate EMI from your computer. Plus I don't like Fiio much. I have the original E10 and it's extremely meh.

thank you that was all the persuasion i needed  i was leaning towards the SMSL.
