Realtek audio drivers wont start HELP!

Hey guys i need help with my realtek hd audio drivers for windows 8.1, What is happening is whenever i install it and i restart my computer the realtek drivers will not start nor will it if i try to open it. This all started when i installed my logitech webcam drivers today.

Current PC: "For Now Because I Have A Habit"

CPU: Intel Core I7 6700K @4.5Ghz

Motherboard: Asrock Z170 Extreme4

RAM: 16GB G.skill TridentZ 3200Mhz DDR4

CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 3.0 360 Riing RGB Edition 

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080Ti Founders Edition MSI

Case: Limited Edition Thermaltake View 31 Riing RGB

Power Supply: CoolerMaster V750 Fully Modular

SSD: Kingston HyperX Savage 240GB

HDD: 3TB Toshiba 7200RPM

 

Peripherals:

Monitor: AOC U2868PQU 4K 28" 60HZ

Keyboard: G.Skill Ripjaws KM780 RGB Cherry MX Red

Mouse: Razer Deathadder Elite

Mouse Pad: Razer Goliathus Speed Extended

Speakers: Creative SBS A250

Headphones: Razer Kraken Pro 7.1

Well, shit. I installed Logitech Webcam software today too... But I have windows 10,. I'll update you tomorrow. Try restarting your computer?

Shoot... Did you used to get notifications from realtek when you plugged or unplugged things? Do you still get them or no?

If nothing works for you in the next hr or so back everything up (every 1 has has/her own way) then re-install windows .It's the last resort but hell ive even had to do this once in my life of windows .Tho windows 10 has been good to me i must admit and my MB is over 8yrs old i think. could delete all known items of the driver then uninstall the webcam as well .Then install cam 1st then audio driver .Or even try out windows mixer and click properties and see if Listen to this device is checked . it can be as simple as that as some driver do take over on some audio i know this a fact tho every PC works in it's own way .So it's test and see kinda of a deal .Best of luck.
