i have a https://www.amazon.com/CybertronPC-Borg-Q-Gaming-Desktop-Quad-Core/dp/B00J9D4MVW/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1468534212&sr=8-5&keywords=gaming+pc with a 600w power supply  and a 750ti ftw and i can get a 760 sc atx for about $100 is it worth it and can my computer run it?

What was the PSU model again (I'm not asking how many watts it has, I'm asking about the model).

Do this first and, after selling your current plaftorm + gpu is when you should think of a new graphics card.

if i get a new cpu then i need a new motherboard and new ram and i have 4 cores

For starters, you don't need new RAM. Yes, you do need a mobo, but RAM can be reused just fine if oyu aim for a Haswell CPU.

 

Second, you don't have a true quad core, you have a pseudo dual / quad core, depending on how you want to look at it. For instance, there are only 2 FPU units, which is a thing a lot of games make use of; in that case, you only have a dual core.
